Pierre McCann (Scrum Master, PMP) on finishing the audiobook — 'I feel like your book reveals a pathway for me to take that north star and scale it up'

An agile practitioner writes directly to Eric after listening to the book. He says it takes what he learned from agility — the respect for people that makes teams work — and applies it to a broader domain, and that it shows him how to scale a career goal he arrived at years ago through a lot of soul-searching.

“I've got a career north star that I have had for years, and it was the product of a lot of soul-searching: I want to work with technology teams made of smart, kind people who tackle wicked problems and, in solving them, create significant novel value in the world. I feel like your book reveals a pathway for me to take that north star and scale it up.” — Pierre McCann on LinkedIn
