“It's an excellent book that forces companies to question a lot of things that are taken for granted about how companies. It also sheds light on the long term cost and consequences (financial and otherwise,) of going with "the way things have always been done." In addition to being a great book for companies, I think many of the lessons also apply to governments and non-profits.”
