Michael Sliwinski — founder of the productivity app Nozbe (running since 2007) — is halfway through Incorruptible and applying its framework to his own company in real time. His conclusion after listening: 'founder mode' isn't enough to keep a company aligned; you need structural protection against the gravity of aggressive capitalism.

It's amazing to discover how to align your business, profits and incentives to make sure your company will always choose the correct path and never sway by the "gravity" of "aggressive capitalism" that only "maximizes shareholder value".
