Dott Chen — a product tinkerer with 10K X followers (previously early at MeshyAI) — publishes the first substantive mainland-Chinese analysis of Incorruptible on X: the more successful a company becomes, the more easily it becomes an object of capital's value extraction. Frames Ries's argument as: founders who don't think about mission/culture/values will hit this problem, and even those who do will still hit it if there's no hard governance structure to enforce it.
