Kevin Pedregosa (Extern top-6 student) presents Stripe strategy to Eric using Incorruptible's four lenses

Pedregosa was one of six students picked from a cohort of more than 100 in Extern's Corporate Strategy Externship, and he presented his capstone analysis of Stripe to Eric. He recommended Stripe formalize its recurring tender offers under a standing board policy, giving long-term shareholders a predictable path to liquidity while the company stays private.
