Chris Justice (Engenious Design) — 'If your organization's metrics don't fight each other, they aren't that good'

Justice leads the engineering firm Engenious Design. He read Incorruptible and fixed on the airline whose stated goals pulled against one another, taking it as a description of the job his own leaders face: do it all, instead of managing to a single bottom line. He also found the book longer than he would like, and told readers to pick it up anyway.
