Dilip Goswami (Dharma and Management) — Incorruptible as a blueprint for a dharmic company

Goswami is a deep tech founder and executive coach who writes the Dharma and Management newsletter on running a company by dharmic principles, sustaining benefit for everyone it touches. He set out to write an essay on how to build such a company, read Incorruptible, and wrote a review instead: a leader's values cannot carry the whole weight, because financial gravity acts on every successor and every board that follows.
