Ben Erez (Insider Loops, ex-Meta): 'Marc and I are making Insider Loops incorruptible'

Erez co-founded Insider Loops and was a product manager at Meta. Acting on Eric's appearance on Lenny Rachitsky's podcast, he and his partner wrote four commitments into the company's operating agreement, among them siding with candidates against recruiters and refusing to sell candidate data, and opened a scholarship for PMs hit by layoffs.
